What this is

SpiritVale Economy is a free, fan-made item database for the game SpiritVale, with market values contributed by players. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the developers of SpiritVale. Game names, data and artwork belong to their respective owners.

Using the site means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Who can use it

Reading the site requires no account. Signing in requires you to be at least 13 years old, and old enough to hold an account with whichever service you sign in through. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Prices are estimates, not advice

Every price here was typed in by a player. Prices are aggregated with a weighted median so that no single contributor decides a value, but they can still be wrong, stale, or deliberately misleading. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of what an item will sell for, and trades you make are your own decision.

Submitting prices

When you submit a price, you agree that:

• it reflects what you honestly believe the item is worth;
• you are not coordinating with others, or submitting from multiple identities, to move a price away from what the market actually is;
• we may display it, aggregate it with other submissions, keep a daily history of the resulting value, and show all of that publicly;
• we may correct, reweight or remove it.

Submissions replace rather than accumulate: one price per item or roll, per person. Submitting again updates the price you gave before.

Trust levels

Submissions carry a weight: anonymous submissions count least, signed-in accounts count considerably more, and a small number of administrator accounts count more again. Weight from the higher levels decays over time, so an old price yields to fresh community data rather than pinning a number forever. Trust levels are granted and removed at our discretion, and changes are recorded.

Fair use of the service

Please do not attempt to break the rate limits, automate submissions, disrupt the service, or work around measures that exist to keep the data honest. We may block access that does. The catalogue itself is public information and you are welcome to read it; scraping at a volume that degrades the site for other people is not.

Availability and liability

This is a hobby project offered as-is, with no warranty and no guarantee of uptime, accuracy or continued existence. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from using the site or relying on the data in it.

Changes

These terms may change as the site does. The date at the top reflects the most recent change, and continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
