If you only browse

We store nothing. Item pages are static files served from a CDN, so no account and no database query is involved in reading this site.

Browsing sets no cookie. Clerk, the service behind the optional sign-in, sets cookies only once you actually sign in, and they exist to keep you signed in. There are no analytics or tracking cookies, here or anywhere else on the site.

If you submit a price without an account

We store the price, the item and roll it applies to, and a salted one-way hash of your IP address. The address itself is never written to the database, and there is no feasible way to work backwards from the hash to recover it.

That makes the record pseudonymised rather than anonymous: the hash is still a stable identifier for one submitter, so we treat it as personal data with the address stripped out, not as data that was never about a person.

It exists for two reasons: to stop one person submitting the same price a hundred times, and to rate limit abuse. It is not used to profile you, and it is not shared.

If you sign in

Authentication is handled by Clerk, which holds your account details. This site stores your account identifier, your trust level, and the prices you have submitted. Your submissions replace rather than accumulate, so it is one price per roll per person.

We never see or store a password. We do not store your email address, and we do not send you email unless you write to us first.

If you sign in with Discord

Signing in through Discord is optional, and it is the only thing this site uses Discord for. When you choose it, Discord asks your permission and then tells Clerk your Discord user ID, username, avatar and the email address on your Discord account. We use that only to recognise you when you come back.

We do not post as you, read your messages, see your servers, or contact your friends. This site is not affiliated with Discord. You can revoke its access at any time in Discord under User Settings → Authorized Apps, and you can ask us to delete the account we hold.

Removal

Signed-in users can have their submissions removed on request. Anonymous submissions carry only that hash, and we hold nothing that maps it back to you. That also means we cannot pick yours out in order to delete them.
